Champaran Hotels LLP operates out of Premises 61 in the 1st Sector, specifically L/01 in Bangalore. This part of town, which is basically the HSR Layout area of South Bangalore, is always moving and changing. We have a small office here where we handle everything for the business. It’s not a very big space, but it’s where we do all the heavy lifting for our hotel operations. We spend a lot of time dealing with vendors and sorting out the logistics of our properties. The neighborhood is full of start-ups and other small businesses, so there’s a lot of energy around, even if we’re just focusing on our own work. We don't really do the corporate thing with fancy titles or polished presentations. It’s more about sitting at the desk and making sure the numbers add up. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have deliveries coming in or when everyone is in at the same time. We’ve learned to deal with the Bangalore traffic that clogs up the 1st Sector during the evenings. It’s a practical life, really. We get in, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things moving forward. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to run our hotels properly and stay on top of the daily grind. It’s hard work, but we’ve been at it for a while and we know the routine well. It keeps us going every day.
