We’ve been here at Rawal Pada for a while now, right near Shiv Vallabh Cross Road. It's a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading towards Jayanagar Ng Park. Most days it’s just us doing our thing, making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. We don't really have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a practical setup where we get the work done and talk to people who walk through the door. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few months. We started this because we knew the area and wanted to be part of the local community here. It’s not always easy, some days are slower than others and the paperwork piles up on the desk more than I’d like. But we keep at it. People know where to find us if they need something. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. No big speeches or complicated terms. If you come by, you’ll probably see us just working through the daily list. It's a regular business run by regular people who live around here. We know the neighbors and they know us. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we operate. We just show up, open the doors, and do what needs doing until it’s time to go home.
