We are located at 232, 3rd Avenue in Teachers Colony, Bangalore. It’s a nice enough part of the city, and we’ve been here at Cdns Bridgeway Llp for some time now. Our office isn’t anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a place with some desks and computers where we work on bridging the gaps for businesses. We deal with a lot of the logistical and organizational stuff that people often find overwhelming. It’s just a handful of us here, and we all know each other well. Sometimes we have lunch together at the small spots nearby. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed, though we do get busy when projects pile up. We don’t really do the whole corporate jargon thing. We just talk to people like they’re our neighbors, which they often are. Being in Teachers Colony means we get a mix of residents and small business owners coming through. We help them with their planning and coordination without a lot of fuss. It’s a steady kind of job. We aren't looking to grow into some massive corporation. We just like doing good work for the people who find us. Most of our clients come from referrals, which is a nice way to build a business. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, and hope for the best.
