Our office is up in B904 at the Mjr Clique Hydra building on Gollahalli Road. Being in Electronic City Phase 1 means we are surrounded by a lot of tech companies, but Ccsbi India Llp feels a bit more down-to-earth than the giants nearby. It’s a modern building, sure, but inside our unit, it’s just a regular workplace. We have a view of the road, which can get pretty jammed during peak hours, so we often find ourselves staying a bit later to let the traffic clear. The team here is small. We don't go in for big meetings that lead nowhere. Usually, we just chat across the desks to figure things out. It’s more efficient that way. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational. We’re just people who know how to handle specific business tasks. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold and someone is always complaining about it, and other times we are all too busy to even notice the time passing. We like being in this part of Bangalore because everything we need is close by, even if the commute can be a pain. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it's paperwork or planning. It’s a basic, honest approach to work that keeps us going without needing any corporate fluff. We get through the work, share a few jokes, and head home once the day's tasks are checked off the list properly.
