You can find us at 344 on 9th Cross in Shastri Nagar. It's part of BSK 2nd Stage, which is a nice, green area to be in. Cautilya Advisors IMF is basically a small team of us who know a bit about the financial side of things. We aren't a big bank or a huge firm. We just work out of this house that’s been converted into a small office. There are trees outside and it feels quite peaceful most of the time. We get a lot of regulars who stop by to ask questions about their plans. We don't have a receptionist, so usually, whoever is closest to the door lets people in. It's very informal. We have a lot of books and files piled up because we still like to keep physical records of everything. The 9th Cross is a quiet street, which we really appreciate. Sometimes we walk down to the main road for a coffee break. We started this because we saw people getting confused by all the jargon out there. We try to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. Our desks are a bit messy, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical setup for the kind of advisory work we do. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to provide the help people are looking for without making it complicated. It's a comfortable spot to work and we enjoy being part of the neighborhood.
