Box Of Brownies Llp is tucked away at number 7 on 5th Main in K R Garden. Murgeshpalya is where we call home. We started this whole thing because we really just liked brownies and thought we could make a go of it as a business. It’s a small place, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just kitchen equipment and boxes piled up. We spend most of our time measuring sugar and cocoa and trying not to make too much of a mess, though that doesn't always work out. The 5th Main road can get a bit congested, but we like being in K R Garden. It feels like a real community. We aren't some giant factory. It’s just a few of us working hard to get every box ready. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. If people like what we do, they usually just tell their friends. That’s how we’ve grown. Some days the heat from the ovens gets to be a bit much, especially in the afternoons, but we just open the door and keep going. It’s hard work, but it’s ours. We’ve been at this address for some time now and we’ve gotten to know the delivery guys and the folks next door pretty well. It’s a simple life at the shop. We keep things moving as best as we can.
