Bindu Promoters Developers

Our office for Bindu Promoters Developers is located over in Rajajinagar, specifically at 7th Cross in the Krishna Reddy Colony. It’s on Ram Patel Reddy Road, number 30/4. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but that is where you will find us most days of the week. The area is mostly residential, so it stays relatively calm compared to the main roads nearby. We have a couple of old desks and some filing cabinets that are stuffed with maps and old permits. Working in development and promotion means we spend a lot of time looking at papers and talking on the phone. Sometimes we have to head out to see a site, but we always end up back here to finish the logs. The building at 30/4 isn't the newest on the block, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We usually have the windows open to let in a bit of a breeze from the trees in Krishna Reddy Colony. It’s a local operation, so we don't have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines. If the door is open, you just walk in and find one of us sitting there. We've been at this spot for several years now and the neighbors know us well. It’s just honest work trying to get these projects moving forward while dealing with the usual daily hiccups and the occasional late delivery.
