You can find Bharat Electronics Ltd on the second floor at number 3, right on 1st Cross in Manjunath Nagar, just off Magadi Road. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the building is quite tucked away in Bangalore 23. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The space isn't huge, so we have to be careful about where we put everything. Electronics can take up a lot of room once you start taking things apart. It’s a busy neighborhood, and the sounds from Magadi Road always drift up to our windows. We don't have a big sign or any glossy posters on the walls. It’s just us, some workbenches, and a lot of spare parts stored in plastic bins. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable for working with hardware all day. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding the exact entrance, but we usually just shout down to them. It’s a very local, hands-on kind of operation. We don’t have a PR department or a social media manager. If you call, you’ll just talk to whoever is closest to the phone. We just like to keep things moving and get the work finished so we can start on the next thing. It’s just a normal day for us here in Manjunath Nagar and we like it that way.
