Benson Services

Benson Services is located at No. 37/5 on Meanne Avenue. We are right opposite the Lakeside Hospital in the Ulsoor area. It is a pretty nice part of town, being so close to the tank and all the old trees around here. The building we are in is quite old and has that classic Bangalore feel to it. We handle a variety of service tasks, so the place is always filled with tools and different items that people have brought in. It’s not the most modern setup you will ever see. The floor is a bit uneven in places and the windows are the old-fashioned kind. But it is our space and we have been here long enough that it feels like home. You can hear the noise from the hospital across the street and the traffic going towards the lake. We mostly just sit at our benches and work on whatever is in front of us. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full speed. There’s no big receptionist or anything fancy like that. You just come in and find one of us working. It is a very straightforward way of doing things. We don't worry about looking polished or anything, we just want to get the repairs done and move on to the next thing.
