Ayurvedagram Heritage Wellness is tucked away in Hemmandanahalli, near Samethanahalli Post in the White Field area. It's a bit of a drive to get out here, especially with the way traffic is nowadays, but once you’re inside the gates, it’s a lot quieter. We have these old-style buildings that look like they came from a different time. They take a lot of maintenance to keep up, honestly. There’s always a roof tile to fix or some wood that needs polishing. We mostly spend our time looking after the guests who stay with us for their treatments. It’s not just about the massages; there is a lot of paperwork and scheduling that goes on in the background that people don't see. Our kitchen stays busy making specific meals that don't use much salt or spice, which is different from what we eat at home. The gardens are big, and we have a lot of trees, so there are always leaves to sweep up every single morning. We’ve been part of the White Field landscape for a long time, back before all the big IT buildings went up nearby. It feels like a small village inside a big city. The staff mostly stays on-site or lives just down the road. We aren't trying to be a five-star resort, just a place where the old ways are still kept alive. It’s a steady pace here, and we just focus on the daily tasks.
