Avon Co

Avon Co is based out of 16/17 in the Jaladarshan Society, right on Ashram Road in the Richmond Town area of Ahmedabad. It’s a busy part of the city, and being in a society like Jaladarshan means we have a lot of neighbors around us. Our office is fairly straightforward, with just enough room for our desks and the equipment we use every day. We handle various tasks that come our way, mostly focusing on the administrative side of things. The heat in Ahmedabad can be pretty intense, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and coolers are running right. We’ve been at this address for a while now, so we’ve gotten to know the other people working in the society. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We don’t have any fancy meeting rooms or high-tech gadgets for the sake of it. Everything in the office has a purpose and a place, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. We usually start the day with a quick chat about what needs to be done and then just get to it. There’s no big management structure here; we just work together to get the job finished. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork, but mostly we stick to a regular schedule at 16/17. It can get noisy outside during the festivals, but that is just part of living and working in this part of town. We usually keep some extra chairs for when visitors stop by unexpectedly.
