We’re located out in the Peenya Industrial Area. It’s a big, dusty part of town with lots of factories and warehouses. Avery Dennison India Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a good while. Our building is just like most others around here—functional and built for work. There’s always a truck coming in or leaving, so things stay pretty active throughout the day. The air always has that industrial smell, and there’s a constant hum of machinery in the background. It’s not a glamorous place to work, but it’s where we get things done. We have a mix of people in the office and on the floor. Most of us just wear comfortable clothes and focus on the schedule. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans that keep things moving. We don’t have a big marketing department here writing fancy stories about us. We’re just a team that shows up every morning to handle the production and shipping. The roads in Peenya can be pretty rough, especially after it rains, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. But once you’re inside, it’s just a regular workplace. We know our routine and we stick to it. We aren't much for long meetings or corporate jargon. We just talk like regular people and try to solve problems as they come up. It’s a solid place to work and we’ve been part of this community for years.
