We are located in the Sanjeevani Building on 100 Feet Road, specifically in the Adarsh Nagar Doopanahalli area of HAL 2nd Stage. AstraZeneca Pharma (India) Ltd has been in this spot for quite a while. It’s a very busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. The office itself is pretty standard, with lots of rows of desks and people talking about various pharmaceutical matters. We don’t have anything too flashy inside. It’s just a place where we come to work and handle the day-to-day business of the company. We have people from all over the city coming here every morning, usually complaining about the traffic on the way. We focus on our specific tasks, whether it’s checking data or talking to the other branches. It feels like a community because most of us have been working here for a long time. We have a small pantry where we get our coffee and catch up on news. We aren't big on using fancy words or trying to impress people with marketing. We just do the work that is required of us. The building is functional and keeps us out of the sun. We try to keep things tidy, but with so many people, there’s always a bit of a mess. It’s just a regular office where we get things done, and we focus on the practical details.
