ASHU VENTURE LLP is located at Site No. 36/37 on 1st Cross. If you know the Kodigehalli Main Road area, we’re right there in Hosahally. It’s near Magadi Road, which is always packed with traffic during the morning rush. We are part of the Gollarapalya and Gollarahatti neighborhood. This isn’t a giant corporation with hundreds of staff members. It’s just a smaller setup where we focus on our various venture projects. The office is tucked away a bit, which is actually good for staying focused on the tasks at hand. We've been in Bangalore North for some time and seen how much the area has changed lately. There is a lot of new construction going on around Vishwanidam Post. We just go about our business every day, handling the paperwork and plans that come across our desks. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the documents spread out everywhere. It’s not always perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy marketing talk. We just do the work that needs doing. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Bangalore traffic, but once we're in the office, it’s okay. We have a few chairs for when people come to talk. It’s a practical space for practical work. We’re just a local group trying to make things work in this part of Karnataka and we hope to stay here for a while longer.
