Over here at Srigandadakaval in Sunkapakatte, you’ll find our Ashraya Medinova Pvt. Ltd. location. It’s tucked away a bit, away from the absolute madness of the main junction, but it still gets its fair share of noise. The building is an older one, so it has its quirks, like the door that sticks in the monsoon or the flickering light in the hallway that we keep meaning to fix. Inside, we have a few rooms set up for our daily operations. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and talking to people who walk in. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us. We handle the local needs as they come. Sometimes it’s very busy, and other times we just sit and wait for the next person to show up. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where we end up talking about our weekends. We’ve all been working here together for a while, so we’re more like a family than just coworkers. We don’t try to act like we’re some huge corporation. We’re just a local business trying to make things work in this part of the city. The neighbors are mostly friendly, and we all kind of look out for each other. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day, even if the work gets a bit repetitive sometimes. We just focus on the people in front of us.
