Ashok Leyland

Ashok Leyland has a spot here at 734, 13th Cross, located with Ramesh Tailors. We are on New Mico Road, which people also call Hosa Road, in Bangalore 560100. It is a very grounded kind of place. You won't find any big corporate signs or glass doors here. We share the space with the tailoring shop, so there is always the sound of sewing machines and people talking about fabric. It is a bit of a crowded area with lots of workshops and small businesses. We don't have a fancy office setup. It is just some old desks, a few chairs, and a lot of folders. The road outside is always under construction or full of trucks, so it gets very dusty. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day paperwork and talking to people who come by. It is not a polished environment at all. We have tea from the local stall and talk about the news while we work. We don't use marketing language because we don't need to. People know where we are and what we do. It is a very practical way of working. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It is a real, everyday place with no frills or extras.
