We know where to get the best chai nearby and which roads to avoid during the evening rush. The office itself is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or a glossy brochure to hand out. We just talk to people and get the contracting work sorted. It’s a practical way of doing things. We show up, we work, and we go home. Being in Someshwaranagar means we are right in the middle of things, which helps. We are just a group of people trying to do a good job from our office in Jayanagar. It is a bit loud outside sometimes, but inside we just focus on the task.
