Apta Advisors Llp is based out of the fifth floor of the building called Another Sky, which is right by Horamavu Junction. Being up on the fifth floor gives us a decent view of the traffic on the Outer Ring Road, which is always moving or stuck, depending on the time of day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with enough room for our files and a few computers. We spend a lot of time here just going through documents and talking on the phone. Sometimes the lift takes forever to come up, so a couple of us usually just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. It is a busy area and it can get quite loud with all the horns honking down below, but we have gotten used to it after all this time. The space is a bit cluttered with boxes in the corner and some plants that we sometimes forget to water. It feels like a real workplace because it is one. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy decorations. We just want to get our work done and head home to avoid the worst of the evening rush. It is a simple operation and we like it that way. Most days it is just the hum of the computers and the sound of people typing. We stay busy with the routine and keep things moving. There is no corporate polish here, just honest work.
