Apar Industries Ltd

Apar Industries Ltd is tucked away in Malleshwaram. We are at No.27, a building called Srinilaya on the 2nd Main. It is right at the 10th Cross on Margoza Road. If you know Malleshwaram, you know it is a bit quieter and greener than the rest of the city. The trees on Margoza Road give a lot of shade, which is nice when we are walking to get coffee. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, much like the neighborhood itself. We have been in this Srinilaya building for a while now. Inside, it is mostly desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals stacked up on shelves. It feels more like a home turned into an office than a corporate building. We like it that way because it is comfortable. The 10th Cross can get a bit congested during the evening hours, but during the day it is mostly fine. We are just a group of people handling the local business operations. There is no big sign out front, just the house number and the name. We focus on the daily tasks and try to stay out of the heat. It is a good place to work, surrounded by old houses and temples. We just do our thing here and keep things running smoothly without much fuss. It is a peaceful spot compared to the industrial zones where many others are located.
