Ananya Exports Pvt. Ltd. is on the ground floor, unit Gb, in the Alsa Lignridge building at No. 32 Langford Road. Being on the ground floor is handy for when we have to move things in and out. Langford Road is a decent area, but it still gets its fair share of noise from the bikes and cars passing by. The building is a mix of people living there and a few businesses like ours. Inside our space, it’s mostly just open desks and a small area for meetings that usually ends up covered in documents. We’ve got some old wooden shelves that are sagging a bit under the weight of all the binders we’ve kept over the years. We probably don't need half of that stuff, but nobody wants to be the one to throw it out. The lighting is a bit dim in the back, so we use desk lamps. We have a small fridge that makes a weird humming noise all day. It’s not a fancy setup by any means. We just come in, do the export paperwork, and make our calls. Sometimes we go for a walk down Langford Road during lunch just to get some sun. It’s a straightforward place to work, and we like the convenience of the location. Ananya Exports Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the building. We just keep our heads down and work.
