Amrith Synthetic Products (P) Ltd. is located at D-74 in the Rajajinagar Industrial Estate. It’s an area full of warehouses and workshops, so there’s a lot of coming and going with trucks and delivery vans. Our building is a solid, functional space that’s seen a lot of work over the years. We have the office part and then the area where we handle the products. It can get a bit loud during the day with all the activity, but that’s just life in an industrial estate. We’ve got a P.O. Box at 4458 for all the mail that comes through. Rajajinagar is a well-known part of the city for this kind of work. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people in the neighboring units. We often borrow tools or help each other out when someone is stuck. Inside our unit, things are organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. There are stacks of boxes and samples everywhere. We don’t have a fancy boardroom; we usually just talk things over while standing around the main work table. It’s a hands-on kind of environment. Everyone at Amrith Synthetic Products knows their role and we just get on with the job. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We like the routine of it all, seeing the same faces every morning and knowing exactly what needs to be tackled before we can head home for the evening.
