Alpha Elastomer

Alpha Elastomer is located at number 26, 4th Cross in Anubhavanagar. We are just off the Nagarabhavi Main Road. It’s a bit of a residential area that has a few small businesses like ours mixed in. We work with rubber and elastomer materials, which means there is often a specific smell in the air around the workshop. It’s something you stop noticing after the first week of working here. Our space isn't huge, but we have enough room for the molds and the presses we use. We spend a lot of time getting the temperatures right and making sure the material cures properly. It’s a bit of a science, but also a lot of trial and error sometimes. The 4th Cross is usually a quiet street, but Nagarabhavi Main Road is always packed with traffic. We like being tucked away a bit. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so they know exactly how the machines behave. We don’t have a big corporate structure. If you call, you’ll probably talk to one of the people who was just out on the floor. We just focus on making the parts as they are ordered. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We are just a local business in Anubhavanagar doing what we know how to do with elastomers and simple tools.
