Out on 6th Cross, you'll find Alltech Biotechnology Pvt. Ltd. at No 3. This is in the HAL 2nd Stage area, specifically Kodihali. It is just off the Airport Road, which as anyone knows, can be a nightmare for traffic. Most of us try to plan our commute so we aren't stuck there for hours. The office is in a more residential-feeling part of the neighborhood compared to the big IT parks. It’s a bit quieter here, which is nice. We have been at this address for a long time now. The building is just a regular structure, nothing that stands out from the street. Inside, it's mostly labs and desks. There is a lot of equipment around because of the nature of the biotechnology work we do. We don't have a lot of visitors, so the place stays mostly focused on the work at hand. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just how it goes here. There’s a small park nearby where a couple of people go for a walk during lunch. We aren’t really into the corporate culture thing. We just come in, do the testing or the admin work, and go home. It’s a small team and we all know each other’s names. It's a simple setup but it works well for us. We just keep the routine going.
