Our office is over on Kammanahalli Main Road in the RS Palya area, specifically at number 156. Kammanahalli is a pretty vibrant part of Bengaluru these days with a lot of new shops and places to eat. We’ve been here for a bit, focusing on the gold side of things. It’s a simple setup we’ve got. We don't have a huge staff, just enough to keep things running smoothly and look after the people who come in. The building is easy to spot once you're on the main road. Most of our work involves checking gold and handling the paperwork that goes with it. We aren't trying to be the flashiest place on the block. We just provide a place for people to come when they have business to do with their jewelry or gold pieces. Some days are slow, giving us time to organize, while other days we have people coming in one after another. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere because we know that dealing with gold can sometimes feel a bit stressful for people. We just sit down, have a talk, and get it sorted. There’s no corporate script here. We just speak plainly and do the work. Living and working in RS Palya is good because everything you need is right nearby. We’ve settled in nicely and plan to stay for a good long while. It’s just how we operate. We’re local people serving the local folks, and that’s plenty for us.
