Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd

Our office is tucked away at number 397 in the 7th Block of Koramangala. If you’ve ever walked down 3rd Cross, you might have seen the Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd sign. Koramangala is always moving, and we’re right in the middle of it. We deal with real estate and infrastructure stuff, which basically means we spend our days looking at maps, talking to lawyers, and trying to keep track of various building sites. It’s a busy place. The phone rings a lot. Sometimes it’s a client asking about a plot, other times it’s a worker on a site needing a decision made. We don’t have a lot of time for fluff. Our desks are usually covered in papers and coffee mugs. It’s a practical setup. We’ve seen the way this part of town has grown over the years. We’re just one of those businesses that’s been part of that growth. Most of us have been in this industry for long enough that we don’t get surprised by much anymore. Whether it’s a delay with materials or a change in some regulation, we just handle it. We’re not trying to be anything we’re not. We just work here in the office, trying to keep the projects moving forward. It's a lot of small details every day that eventually turn into something big. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
