Ajg is situated over in Bangalore, on the second floor of 3 20. We’re in the Ganesha Block, which is part of the Nandini Layout area. The zip code is 560086 if you're looking it up. Being on the 4th Cross means it can get a little tucked away, but it’s a good spot for us. The building itself is just a regular place, nothing special to look at from the outside. We’ve been up here on the second floor for a while. Bangalore traffic is always a topic of conversation, and getting to Nandini Layout can be a bit of a journey depending on where you're coming from. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us working on computers or taking calls. It’s not very noisy once you’re inside. We have a simple desk setup and some filing cabinets for the paperwork. There’s a small tea shop nearby where we usually grab something in the afternoon. It’s a practical location because it’s not right in the middle of the chaotic city center, but still close enough to everything we need. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home. It’s a small team here, so we all know what needs to be done. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if you’re carrying things, but it’s fine. We like the neighborhood vibe here a lot and know most of the people nearby.
