Our office is tucked away in Malleswaram. It’s at 31/07 on the 8th Main, right near the 11th Cross. Malleswaram is one of those old parts of town with a lot of trees and history. We like it here. Aikya-Management Consultancy Llp is a small team. We work on management stuff for various clients. Our office isn't very large. It’s basically just a few rooms filled with desks and old files. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit now and we know the local shops well. The 8th Main gets quite busy during the day, but our side of the street is usually okay. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just local people who know about business management. Most of our day is spent reading through reports or sitting in meetings. We don't have any glossy brochures. People usually find out about us because a friend told them. It’s a simple way of doing things. Sometimes the internet goes out or the rain makes a mess of the street, but we just get on with it. We like being accessible. You don't have to go through five people just to talk to one of us. We just pick up the phone. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work. We enjoy the local food joints nearby too and often eat lunch together.
