Our office is right across from the Koramangala Club, over on 6th Cross in the 6th Block. It is a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to park their cars around here. We’ve been at 886/A for a while now. Accel India Advisors is basically just a group of us sitting around desks, talking through problems and looking at numbers. It’s not like those fancy corporate offices you see in movies with glass walls everywhere. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that creak a bit. Most days, someone brings in snacks and we end up talking about the traffic on the way in. Koramangala is great for food, though, so lunch is always the highlight of the day. We don’t do big speeches or use a lot of buzzwords. If someone asks us for advice, we just tell them what we think based on what we’ve seen before. Sometimes we’re wrong, and we admit that. It is a very practical way of working. We deal with a lot of paperwork and emails, like any other place. The 6th Block is a nice area, even if it gets a bit loud with all the people walking by. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s a simple setup but it gets the job done for the people who need us. We are just regular people doing our best to help out.
