A Bit Of Sunday

You’ll find us at No.6/1, tucked away on a small street parallel to 100 Feet Road in Indiranagar. It’s 10th Main, 1st Cross, in the HAL 2nd Stage area. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the directions to people over the phone, but once you’re here, it’s a quiet little spot compared to all the noise on the main road. We call the place A Bit Of Sunday because we wanted the shop to feel relaxed and easy, like a weekend afternoon. It’s definitely not a high-pressure retail environment. We have various things on the shelves, mostly items we like ourselves or things we've found that just felt right to share. The space is small and we’ve decorated it ourselves with whatever we had on hand at the time. It’s a bit mismatched and a little cluttered, but that’s how we like it. We aren't following any big business plan or trying to scale up. We just opened the doors one day and started selling things that felt good to have around. Some days it’s very quiet and we just sit in the back and drink coffee while listening to the radio. Other days, a lot of people wander in from the neighborhood while they're out for a walk. We know many of our regulars by their names and what they like. We don't do big seasonal sales or flashy advertisements. It’s just a place to find something nice without a lot of fuss or noise.
