3Q Sutantra Llp is located at No. 118/1 on 26th Cross in Mariappana Palya. This area has its own pace, and we’ve become part of the local fabric over time. Our office is a straightforward space. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-end gadgets. We just have what we need to function. The building is a bit tucked away, so it stays relatively quiet, which is nice when we have to concentrate on the more technical parts of our work. We are a small team, and we usually just use first names and don't worry much about titles or hierarchy. It’s more about who is free to take on the next task. Sometimes we have a lot of people coming in, and other days it’s just the three of us sitting in silence with our computers. We’ve got a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks to watch the street below. The neighborhood is mostly residential, with some small shops scattered around. We get our stationery from the guy around the corner, and he knows us by sight now. We aren't here to change the world; we are just here to run our business and help our clients with whatever they need. The 26th Cross is a narrow road, so parking can be a bit of a headache, but we make it work. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of place, which suits our style of working just fine.
