UTTARAM INCONSTRUCT LLP is based at 737, Shrinidhi, which is on 1st Main Road in Upkar Layout. We’re right near the Mallathalli RTO, so it’s pretty easy to give people directions. This part of Bangalore Rural, the 560091 area, has been growing fast, and we’ve been right in the middle of it. Our office is on 4th Cross Road, and it’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the city center. We spend our days dealing with various construction projects, mostly around Vishwaneedam. The work involves a lot of back-and-forth with vendors and making sure the permits are all in order. We aren't a massive firm; it’s more of a tight-knit group of people who know how to get things done. The office has some old chairs and a lot of binders full of old project notes. We don't really bother with decorating much because we’re usually too busy. Sometimes we meet clients at a local coffee shop instead of the office if it’s more convenient. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We don't have any scripted answers for questions; we just tell people what’s possible and what isn't. Working in construction in Karnataka means you have to be ready for anything, from sudden weather changes to supply shortages. We just take it day by day and keep our heads down to finish the work. It’s not always easy but we make it happen every single day.
