Lm Glasfiber (India) Pvt.Ltd is over on 2nd Cross, right off Collage Road in Hoskote. This part of Karnataka has changed a lot, but our spot stays pretty much the same. It is a busy area with students and workers always moving around. Our building is easy to spot if you are looking for the right turn near the colleges. Inside, it is mostly about the fiberglass work. There is a specific smell to the resin and materials we use every day. We spend a lot of time on the floor, making sure things are lined up. It gets pretty noisy when the machines are running full tilt. The tea stall down the road is where most of us head when we get a break from the heat. We have been in this Hoskote location for some time now. The floors are concrete and have some stains from the work we do. It is not a shiny corporate office. We have desks piled with papers and parts sitting in the corners. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. Dealing with fiberglass is tough on the skin, so we wear our gear and just get on with it. It’s a regular job for regular people. We don't spend much time on decorations. Most of the space is for the actual work. It’s just us doing what we know.
