Ledgesure Consulting operates out of Villa 100 in the Bellezea complex over in Narayanaghatta. It’s technically in the Bangalore South area, so it’s a bit further out than the city center. We like it because it’s a lot quieter and there’s more room to breathe. The office is basically part of the villa, so it feels very personal and not at all corporate. We spend our time on consulting work, helping people navigate various business challenges. It’s just a small group of us here. We don’t have a big HR department or a floor full of cubicles. Most days it’s just us and our laptops. The commute out here can be a bit much for some, but once you’re inside the gates of Bellezea, it’s a different world. We’ve been doing this for a while and have learned that you don’t need a fancy office to do good work. We focus on being practical and direct with everyone we deal with. No need for complicated jargon or trying to sound more important than we are. We just take things as they come and try to find the best way forward. If you’re coming to visit, just look for Villa 100. It’s a relaxed environment, and we usually have some tea or coffee going. We’re just real people trying to provide a helpful service in a way that makes sense. Living and working here is different from the usual office life.
