You can find us out in Dodderi, which is near the Kuluvanahalli post office in Nelamangala. It is quite a bit of a drive from the main Bangalore city, located in the rural district. The air is a little cleaner out here, but the commute can be a real pain if you are coming from the center. We are the ECCD branch of L&T Ltd. Our office is more like a site hub for the construction work happening in this part of Karnataka. There are plenty of trees around the plot and not many tall buildings yet. We handle a lot of the technical side of things right here from the field. Most days involve wearing boots and checking on the progress of the local infrastructure. The team is quite diverse, with engineers and laborers all mixing together. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we just keep going. It is a very hands-on environment where you see the results of your work every day. We do not have a fancy reception area. Just a gate and a few cabins where the planning happens. It suits the kind of work we do out here in the rural taluk.
