We've been at the Sumukha building for a bit now. It is tucked away in the 4th Cross of Venkateshwara Layout. If you know Abbigere, you know it's a bit of a quiet spot. Most days we are just here at Jaybee Travels handling bookings and sorting out trips for people who walk in or call us. The office is right there in Paschim Orchid. It isn't a massive corporate floor, just a practical space where we get work done. Bangalore traffic is what it is, so sometimes we are running a bit late or the phones are busy, but we stay on top of things. People mostly come to us when they need to get somewhere and don't want to deal with the online mess themselves. We keep the paperwork in order and make sure the tickets are right. It’s a small team here. We know the neighborhood well and most of our regulars live nearby. You see the same faces every week. It gets busy during the holidays, obviously. We just try to keep things moving. No big fancy speeches about what we do, we just handle the travel stuff. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet slows down, but that's just how it goes in a real office. If you're looking for us, look for the Sumukha sign near the layout entrance. The sunlight hits the front desk in the afternoon, making it a bit warm, but we have the fans going. We just sit here with our tea and get the bookings done one by one.
