We operate out of a few units, 31, 34, 37, and 63, over in Nelamangala near the Radha Krishna Textile Market on the Ring Road in Surat. It’s a bit of a maze back here with all the textile shops and the constant movement of trucks. Hind High Vacuum Co Pvt Ltd has been situated in this industrial patch for some time now. Dealing with vacuum tech and high-end equipment is what we do, but we don't act like it's rocket science when we talk to folks. The shop floor is usually loud and smells like metal and oil. It’s a practical space. We spend most of our hours making sure the machines are running right. Sometimes we lose track of time when a difficult repair comes in. The Ring Road is always jammed, so getting parts in and out takes some planning. We’ve grown a bit, taking up more space in the market area, but we still feel like a local outfit. Most of the guys have been here for years and know the equipment inside out. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy lobby. We just have our workstations and a lot of heavy lifting to do. It’s a gritty environment, but it’s where we feel most comfortable. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come through.
