Grasim Industries

We are based at the Birla Super Bulk Terminal, specifically at Post-No 11, up in Dodaballapur. It is on the outskirts of Bangalore, so we are away from all that heavy city traffic that people always complain about. The terminal is a large place and we have our own little corner where we manage the daily activities. It is mostly an industrial vibe around this area. You can always hear the trucks moving and the sound of machinery working in the distance. Our office is just a functional space meant for work. We have some heavy-duty desks and plenty of logbooks for keeping track of everything. It is not the kind of place where you would find art on the walls or fancy carpets on the floor. We keep it clean and organized but it is definitely a workspace first. The dust from the terminal is something we just have to deal with every day. We usually start our work early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. Most of our time is spent on the phone or looking over the delivery schedules. It is a busy environment but we have a good rhythm going. There is a small canteen nearby where we usually go to get our lunch. We just want to make sure the work gets done correctly. It is a vital spot for us.
