We are located at the Entry Plaza of the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, way out at the 10th mile on Tumkur Road. If you have ever been out this way toward Madavara Post, you know it is a bit of a trek from the city center. Our days are mostly spent in these massive halls, walking back and forth between different projects. It is a lot of physical work, honestly. We are constantly dealing with trucks coming in, boxes being unloaded, and people trying to find their way around the site. The dust never really settles here, especially when a big show is getting set up. We are not the kind of people who sit behind desks all day. We are usually on the floor with a clipboard or a radio, trying to make sure things go where they are supposed to. It is a loud and busy environment, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We do not have a polished corporate image. We are usually a bit tired and maybe have some dirt on our shoes, but the work gets done. It is a big operation, but at the end of the day, it is just a group of us trying to keep things organized. We do not have any secret formula. We just show up early, stay late when we have to, and try to keep everything moving forward without too many hiccups or delays.
