Aviator

Aviator is situated out in Devanahalli, right behind the ITC factory. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main city, but it's much quieter out here. The area has changed a lot with the factory being so close and the airport nearby. You can often see the big trucks moving in and out of the industrial area. Our place is pretty straightforward. We don't have much in the way of decorations, just a practical space where we do our work. The dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes, so we are always wiping down the tables and the counters. It feels a bit isolated compared to the center of Bangalore, but that’s just how it is in this part of Devanahalli. We get some workers from the factory and people who are just passing through on their way to or from the airport. It's not a place where you'll find anything flashy. We keep the lights on and the doors open for whoever stops by. Some days are slow, and we just sit and watch the traffic or talk among ourselves. Other days, it gets surprisingly busy. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, making sure the place stays running. We focus on the daily tasks and don't worry too much about the rest. It's an honest spot in a growing neighborhood.
