Anergy Instruments Pvt. Ltd. is located over at No.129, Ram Nivas. It’s on 8th Cross in the Medarahalli area, not too far from the Chikka Banavara post. If you are coming through this part of town, you’ll notice it’s mostly residential with some small businesses tucked into the side streets. We work out of a building that fits right into the neighborhood. Inside, it’s a lot of tables covered with tools and small parts for instruments. We spend most of our mornings checking through lists and making sure the tiny components are where they need to be. It’s quiet work, mostly. We aren't a big factory with loud machines running all night long. It’s more about the small details here. The team is small, just a handful of us who have been doing this for years together. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take that time to sit outside on the steps or grab a quick snack until the lights come back on. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, if the bell rings, one of us just wipes our hands on a rag and goes to see who it is. We’ve been in Chikka Banavara long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name now. It’s a decent place to work. We just keep our heads down and handle the instrument work as it comes in. There is nothing too complicated about how we run things, just daily tasks and steady work.
