It’s a big, practical building where we spend our days surrounded by vats of paint and coating materials. Instead, we have a sturdy floor and a lot of shelving. Our daily routine is pretty set: we check the batches, we handle the containers, and we make sure the loading dock is clear. It’s repetitive work, but it’s important. We don’t talk much about visions or goals; we just talk about whether the mix is right and if the truck is on time. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the details. That’s just how we operate every single day of the week.
