Our office, Ahead Architects And Interiors July, is over in Malleswaram. Specifically, we are at No.44 in the Kamal Kunj Building. It is on the second floor. The area is quite easy to find if you know where MES College is, as we are right near it. The office is at the corner of 10th Main and 13th Cross. Inside, there are lots of rolls of paper and blueprints lying around because of the architecture and interior work we do. The desks are usually covered in sketches and scale rulers. We spend a lot of time talking about walls and layouts. The building itself is older, but it has a good feel to it. It gets a lot of natural light in the mornings, which is nice when we are trying to look at colors or materials. There is usually some dust from the samples we keep, but we try to keep it clean. Our team is small, just a few people sitting around the main table. We don't have a lot of formal meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is relatively quiet compared to the city center. We get our coffee from a shop down the street. It is a simple place where we just focus on drawing and planning.
