Aatman Udyog

Aatman Udyog is based out in Village Bika, near Khankhana. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. The air is a bit cleaner and things move at a slower pace here. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so setting up the business here just made sense. It’s a simple setup, nothing like what you’d see in a big industrial park. We use what we have and make it work. Most of the folks who work with us live nearby, so we all know each other’s families and what’s happening in the village. It’s more of a community feel than a corporate one. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get muddy after a heavy rain, but we just deal with it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do our work and let people find us by word of mouth. The building itself is sturdy but old. It has some character, I guess you could say. We spend most of our time out in the workspace, only coming into the small office area when we have to handle the books. It’s a straightforward life here. We wake up, head to the site, and get to work. It’s honest and it keeps us busy throughout the seasons. We just focus on getting the daily chores done and keeping the place running.
