If you look for us, you’ll find us at the JSW Centre over in the Bandra Kurla Complex. It’s a big, busy area of Mumbai where everyone seems to be in a rush. We also have some space over at E-316 in Greater Kailash, spanning a couple of different sections there like GK-3 and GK-4. Most of our days are spent dealing with the logistics of steel and making sure everything is moving where it should be. Working in BKC means dealing with the constant flow of people and the high-rise atmosphere, while the GK spot feels a bit different, more like a standard office block. We spend a lot of time on calls or looking at spreadsheets. It’s a lot of coordination between the different branches. There isn't much time for standing around. The offices are functional. We have the usual desks, some meeting rooms that get used a lot, and a lot of coffee being made in the pantry. Even though the company is large, our daily routine is pretty simple. We show up, check the latest numbers, and talk to the transport teams. Sometimes the commute into BKC is a nightmare with the rain or the traffic, but that’s just part of working in this city. We don't really have a lot of fancy decorations. It’s just a place where the work gets done. It’s heavy lifting in a digital way, I suppose. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily requirements.
