Svojas Corporate Advisory Services Llp is located in Flat No. 1506, on the 15th floor of A Wing in Lodha Cassa Essenza. This is part of the Lodha Aqua complex, which sits right opposite Thakur Mall. Being on the 15th floor means we’re pretty high up, so we get a really good view of the highway and the mall across the street. You can see the cars crawling along when there’s a traffic jam, which is pretty much every evening. The building is quite modern and has all those high-rise features like multiple lifts and security at the gate. We’ve set up our workspace inside the flat, so it has that residential-office mix that a lot of people are doing these days. It’s quiet enough for us to focus, though you can still hear the distant hum of the city from this height. Thakur Mall being right across is convenient for when we need to grab lunch or if someone needs to pick up something on the way home. The Lodha Aqua complex is quite big, so it took us a little while to get used to where everything is. It feels like a safe and steady place to be based. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just sitting at our computers and taking care of the work that comes our way in A Wing.
