We are over here at Sanghavi Square, specifically in unit 115. If you know the area in Ghatkopar West, we are right on M G Road, pretty much opposite the Bank of Baroda. It gets busy around here, especially during the day with all the traffic and people moving about. We’ve been working out of this office for a while now, focusing on estate development stuff. It’s not a huge place, just a regular office where we keep our files and meet folks when we need to discuss a project. Most of our time is spent looking at sites or dealing with the paperwork that comes with real estate in Mumbai. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and a lot of tea. People drop by sometimes just because they’re in the neighborhood or seeing someone at the bank across the street. We handle the usual things you’d expect from developers. Some days are slow, just sitting around waiting for approvals, and other days we can't seem to find a minute to eat lunch. Ghatkopar is a good place to be based because it's central for us. We just try to get the work done and keep things moving. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just a local team trying to make sense of the property market here.
