You can find us over at the Sarathi Building on Hanuman Mandir Road. We are on the third floor in suite 301. Vile Parle East is a busy part of Mumbai, and we like being right in the middle of it. Shree Parshwa Mani Ventures LLP is basically a group of us who work on different property ventures and investments. It isn't always easy working in the Bandra Suburban area because everything moves so fast, but we manage. Our daily routine involves a lot of phone calls and meeting with people to discuss local projects. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It is just a functional office where the real work happens. Sometimes the noise from the street comes up, but that’s just Vile Parle for you. We focus on the details of our ventures and try to keep things moving forward. We have been around this neighborhood for a bit, so we know the local landscape quite well. Most of our day is spent looking at numbers or visiting sites nearby. We don’t go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We think it’s better to just be reliable and show up every day. If you are walking down Hanuman Mandir Road, you’ll see our building. It’s a plain, honest place to work, and that suits us just fine.
