Robin'S Deli Fresh Cart Llp

We run Robin'S Deli Fresh Cart Llp from the New Sonal Link Estate. Our spot is 105/2, right in the Kachpada area of Malad West. It's a busy industrial estate off the Link Road. If you've ever driven through Malad, you know how the traffic can get. We’re right in the middle of it. The estate has a lot of different businesses, so there’s always something going on. We handle a lot of deli items and fresh stuff. The unit isn't anything fancy, just a functional space for our carts and supplies. We spend a lot of time cleaning and prepping things. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have a few fans going to keep the air moving. Being on the Link Road makes it easy for us to get out to different parts of the city, even if the commute is long. We’ve been at 105/2 for a while now. It’s a solid location for what we do. We don’t have a marketing team or a big office. It’s just us and the carts. Sometimes we have to move things around just to find a place to sit and have lunch. It’s a bit chaotic but it’s our chaos. We just want to get the food out while it's still fresh and good. That’s the whole point of the business really. We like it here despite the noise and the constant activity in Kachpada. It’s just how things are for us.
