Our office is Shop Number 20 in the Nemi Krishna building, which is part of the Jethwa Nagar area in Kandivali West. We’re right across the street from Bajaj School, so it gets pretty lively around here when the kids are heading home. Rewa Megadevelopers Llp has been based on Vasanji Lalji Road for a while now. We’re just a small group of people who focus on development projects in this part of Mumbai. The office isn't very large, and it’s usually piled high with site reports and drawings. We don't go in for big marketing budgets or polished presentations. We prefer to just talk to people face-to-face and get things moving. Building in a city like this comes with plenty of challenges, like the rain or getting materials through the traffic, but we manage. Most of our work comes from local folks who know us or have seen our projects around the neighborhood. It’s a practical life, and we like the community feel of Kandivali. You might see us grabbing a tea at the corner or heading out to a site early in the morning. We try to keep things simple and honest. There aren't any big speeches or grand promises here, just a lot of hard work and making sure the buildings are solid. If you happen to be passing Bajaj School, you’ll see our shop right there. We’re usually inside dealing with some paperwork or on the phone with a contractor. It is a busy life but we enjoy it.
