Al-Baz Developers Llp is situated in flat number 302 at the Youth Qureshi CHS Ltd on Carter Road in Bandra West. Being in Bandra, especially near the sea, is quite nice, though the air can be a bit salty. Our office is basically an apartment that we have turned into a workspace. It’s a comfortable place but it’s definitely a working office. You’ll see stacks of blueprints and samples of tiles or wood lying around. We are developers, so our lives revolve around sites, permits, and builders. Bandra is a place that’s always changing, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't put on a show or have a flashy reception area. You just come in, we sit down, and we talk about the work. It’s a lot of coordination with different people. One day we are talking to architects and the next we are arguing with a supplier about a late delivery. It’s not always easy but we enjoy the process of seeing something being built from nothing. We have been here for a while and we know the local area well. Most of our time is spent making sure the projects are moving along as they should. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy talk. We just tell you how it is and what needs to be done to finish the job. It’s a simple way of working for a small team like ours.
